Management of gender diversity focuses on women’s and men’s differences, similarities and complementary characteristics and the values they stand for.

Sociologists forecast a decrease in the usefulness and importance of those virtues perceived as masculine in organisational management in favour of traditionally feminine values.

Gender diversity by definition involves high emotional content and therefore engenders a specific challenge and calls for a particular project.
 

The relationship between an individual and the company can be compared to the masculine and feminine sides of Man’s nature.  By successfully managing the balancing factors, the whole will be greater than the sum of its parts.
